Dear guests,

We welcome you and thank you for choosing Masseria Lama. We know how important these periods of vacation and relaxation are and to ensure tranquility and harmonious coexistence, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following rules:

Art.1 Acceptance of the Regulations

– By staying at the “Casa Vacanze Masseria Lama” you implicitly accept these regulations.

Art. 2 Check-in

– Check-in is possible from 5:00 pm, upon agreement with the landlord or manager.

– The keys to the housing unit will be delivered; in case of loss or deterioration, promptly notify the lessor. Any costs will be charged to the lessee.

– The host and any guests must show a valid identification document.

– Any damage and/or deterioration of any kind detected by the tenant to the structure and equipment inside the structure and to the vegetation, must be reported to the lessor and/or manager promptly within and no later than 2 hours after check-in, after which time the same may be charged to the tenant.

Art. 3 Check-out

– Check-out is by 10 am, unless otherwise agreed.

– It is mandatory to return the keys and remote control upon departure.

– Upon check-out, the accommodation must be left in a tidy condition, with the kitchen and dishes clean.

– The lessor and/or person in charge at the time of check-out has the right to inspect and report any damage and/or deterioration of any kind caused by the lessee and guests to the structure, to the equipment and appliances of the entire structure and to the vegetation, it being understood that in any case the lessor and/or person in charge reserves the right to report any damage to the lessee (as the sole person responsible) within 24 hours of check-out, indicating the estimate of the damage in euros for a possible reimbursement.

Art. 4 Rules of Conduct

At any time, inside the facility, behaviors, activities, games and use of equipment that disturb other guests must be avoided. Adults are responsible for the behavior of minors entrusted to them. Behavior must always be maintained that at no time of the day and in no way harms the tranquility of others. Please do not slam the doors but accompany them, if you return home late please close the entrance door slowly and close the door of your apartment delicately so as not to disturb those who are already sleeping.

– The tenant and each guest are required to take care of their personal effects and valuables left in the apartment; the owner is not responsible for their unfortunate theft.

– The host and each guest are responsible for their own behavior in the house and in the area surrounding it and, in the event of accidents attributable to them, will be required to compensate for the damages.

– Before leaving the accommodation unit, the tenant and/or guests are required to lock the entrance door and the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, etc.) and turn off the water taps.

– In the bedrooms it is absolutely forbidden to use stoves or similar for preparing food;

– Overnight stays in the accommodations are permitted only for the number of people indicated at the time of booking;

Art. 5 Cleaning and Services

In the apartment you will find: pillows, kitchenware, household utensils, bed linen and towels on request.

– Keeping all areas clean and tidy during the stay is the guest’s responsibility.

– Cleaning of the kitchenette and dishes is entirely the responsibility of the guest;

– Do not clog the toilet with diapers, paper or other bulky material;

– Use the appropriate bins for the separate collection of plastic, metal, paper and residual waste located at the reception;

– Final cleaning is entirely the responsibility of the owner

– Extra expenses not foreseen and incurred for special requests of the customer

Art. 6 Prohibitions

– Noise is prohibited from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm and from 11:30 am to 9:00 am.

– Parties and entry of people who are not staying at the facility are not permitted.

– It is forbidden to remove or damage furnishings and equipment.

Art. 7 Deposit

The deposit of €100.00 is paid by the tenant upon signing the contract and is returned in full at the end of the stay, barring any damages;

– In the event of damages, subject to prior agreements on the amount of the same, this amount will be deducted from the deposit paid. In the event of damages exceeding the deposit itself, the tenant will pay an additional amount to settle the amount of the damage;

– In the absence of agreements on the amount of the damage, the deposit will be retained in full and not returned at the end of the stay. Invoices and/or receipts will follow in the following days for any refunds or compensation.
